Yes, you are welcome to attend multiple events but be sure to register for each one separately to ensure your spot.

Yes. No matter which date you selected, you can expect the same experience. For events in Laval, one day will be presented in French and one day in English. Please see the event details page for language details.

Yes. If you are CMHA (Formerly ICPI and NCMA) CCPI or SRW certified, then your attendance will count for 4 CEUs. After the event, you will receive an email with the steps to follow to claim your credits.

The Hardscaper Showcase features a mix of educational sessions, product demonstrations, and hands-on experiences with new tools and techniques.

Yes. It’s usually in front of the venue and it’s free of charge.

The Hardscaper Summit offers a full-day experience with vendor expos, live product demos, expert presentations, and networking opportunities. The Hardscaper Summit will also host a live Podcast recording session with Alex from Techo-Bloc and guest speaker, who will be taking live questions from the audience.

Yes, the Summit show will feature a round table for Techo-Pros, offering a focused setting for discussion and networking with industry experts.

Yes. If you are CMHA (Formerly ICPI and NCMA) CCPI or SRW certified, then your attendance will count for 6.5 CEUs. After the event, you will receive an email with the steps to follow to claim your credits.

The Dealer Tailgate provides a more intimate setting with opportunities for contractors to engage directly with their local dealer, see new products, and participate in hands-on demonstrations.

Most Dealer Tailgates hosted at dealer locations will have free parking available. However, we cannot guarantee free parking for Dealer Tailgates held at other venues.

The scheduled start time and end time vary for all our Dealer Tailgate event! Please check out your specific event page for your event schedule.

To access the Spanish translation, simply scan the QR code provided at the event using your smartphone. Once scanned, you’ll be directed to a live translation stream. Plug in your headphones, and you’re all set to listen to the translation.

No, you don't need to download any apps. The translation is accessible directly through the link provided after scanning the QR code.

Any standard headphones with a 3.5mm jack or Bluetooth connection to your smartphone will work. Make sure your device is fully charged to ensure uninterrupted access.

Yes, the AI translation service provides real-time translation of the event. However, there may be a slight delay of a few seconds due to processing.

If you experience any technical difficulties, please visit the registration desk or ask a Techo-Bloc staff member at the event for assistance. Staff will be available to help troubleshoot or provide alternative solutions.

To ensure a comfortable environment for all attendees, we ask that you use headphones when accessing the translation service.

While AI translation technology is highly advanced, it might not be perfect. We aim to provide the best possible experience, but there may be occasional inaccuracies.
