Hardscaper Sweepstakes - Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Total prize value over $50,000 CAD/USD. Open to legal business entities in the United States and Canada (where not prohibited by law). One entry per company. Sweepstakes closes on April 17, 2026. See full Official Rules below. Applies to the Hardscaper Showcase, Hardscaper Summit, and Hardscaper Fast Track events.

1. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to business entities legally incorporated and having their principal place of business in the United States or Canada, where not prohibited by law. Limit of one (1) entry per company, regardless of the number of employees who register or attend. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Organizer, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and official Sweepstakes partners, as well as members of their immediate households, are not eligible to participate. Entrants must have reached the age of majority in their state or province of residence.

2. How to Enter

Eligible companies may enter the Sweepstakes in person at any Hardscaper Showcase, Hardscaper Summit, or Hardscaper Fast Track event during the Sweepstakes Period by completing and submitting the official entry form provided on-site. Multiple employees from the same company may complete an entry form; however, all such entries will count as a single (1) entry for that company.

Alternate Method of Entry (New York Residents Only):

As required by law, residents of the State of New York may enter the Sweepstakes without attending an event. To enter by mail, hand-print your company name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3″ × 5″ postcard, and mail it to:Techo-Bloc, 5255 Rue Albert-Millichamp, Saint-Hubert, QC, J3Y 8Z8.Please write “Hardscaper Sweepstakes” as the subject on the postcard or envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 5, 2026 and received by April 17, 2026.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.

3. Entry Limits

Maximum of one (1) entry per company. Any attempt to obtain additional entries by using multiple identities, business names, or other methods will result in disqualification.

4. Prizes

Prizes consist of products and/or services provided by the official Sweepstakes partners, with a total approximate retail value of over $50,000 USD. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value.



 

Prize Shipping and Responsibility. All prizes are provided directly by the official Sweepstakes partners. Shipping, delivery, and any warranties associated with the prizes are the sole responsibility of the partners. 5. Winner Selection

The winning company will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received as of the draw date, April 27, 2026. Each eligible company has one (1) chance to win. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible companies entered. Winners will be notified by email or telephone within five (5) business days of the draw.

6. Winner Requirements

To be declared a winner, the selected company must:

  • (a) respond to the notification within five (5) business days;
  • (b) correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, if required by law (applicable in Canada); and
  • (c) sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, if requested.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Publicity

By accepting a prize, the winning company consents to the use of its name, logo, and related materials for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Privacy and Data Sharing

The information provided during event registration and Sweepstakes participation will be used by the Organizer solely for the administration of the Sweepstakes. In accordance with the consent provided during registration, such information may also be shared with the Organizer’s official partners and used for promotional and marketing purposes.

9. General Conditions

The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or tampers with the entry process. The Organizer may suspend, cancel, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control compromises the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree that the Organizer, its affiliates, partners, and agents are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or ineligible entries, or for any technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind. The Organizer is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or acceptance of a prize. All aspects related to the shipping, delivery, and quality of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the partners providing the prizes.

11. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, and, where applicable, by the federal laws of Canada and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
